Q: If you experiencing log in issues with Safari or Chrome

A: We recommend using a different browser if possible to rectify the log in issue users are currently experiencing with Safari and Chrome. Below is alternative options to have a hassle-free experience:

How to fix Chrome
  1. Open the Google Chrome Browser and go to the address chrome://flags
  2. In the body of the webpage, use the search function to find SameSite (all one word)
  3. Locate the setting SameSite by default cookies and choose Disable
  4. Click the Relaunch button at the bottom of the website
How to fix Safari
  1. Open the Safari Browser and on the top left, click Safari
  2. Select Preferences
  3. Depending on your version of Safari:
    • In the Privacy tab, select "Always allow" from the Cookies and website data area
    • Next to "Website Tracking" Uncheck the "Prevent cross-site scripting" box
